These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the viptaka 1 platform and all services offered therein. By registering an account or accessing any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

Article 1
Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context otherwise requires :

| "Account" | The registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform, through which gaming, betting, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted. |
| "Balance" | The total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds, displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). |
| "Bonus Funds" | Promotional credits awarded to a Player under specific conditions, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to activate full Account functionality, including withdrawal processing. |
| "Restricted Territory" | Any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law. Players located in Restricted Territories are not permitted to register or use the Platform. |

Any reference to a singular form shall include the plural and vice versa. Headings are provided for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision.
Article 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on viptaka 1, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You are accessing the Platform from a location where online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited under applicable local law;
- You are not a resident of a Restricted Territory;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party;
- You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions;
- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal incapacity that would prevent you from doing so;
- You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of viptaka 1 or any of its affiliated game providers.
By completing the Account registration process, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility conditions are met and will continue to be met for as long as your Account remains active. If at any point you cease to satisfy these conditions, you are obliged to notify us immediately and cease using the Platform.
We take our obligations with respect to underage gambling seriously. Parents and guardians are advised to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms.
Article 3
Account Registration & Verification
To register an Account on viptaka 1, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes at any point during your Account's active period.
Following initial registration, you will be required to complete our KYC verification process before withdrawal functionality is activated on your Account. KYC verification requires the submission of the following documentation:
- Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document, such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence;
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months, confirming your residential address;
- Proof of Payment Method: Where required, evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits — for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming the registered mobile number matches the one on your Account.
We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including during routine security reviews, prior to processing large withdrawals, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect Account misuse. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. viptaka 1 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately via live chat or by email.
Account usernames and registered email addresses cannot be transferred to or shared with another individual. Each Account is personal to the registered holder and may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred.
Article 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
viptaka 1 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment channels are currently supported:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — instant processing for deposits; withdrawal processing times may vary;
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours during standard banking hours;
- International Cards: Visa, Mastercard — subject to 3D Secure verification and card issuer approval.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for bKash and Nagad. Minimum deposit thresholds for other payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction in your Account dashboard. Maximum deposit limits may apply on a per-transaction or per-day basis and are communicated within the Platform's payment interface.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, regardless of the reason given. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed;
- The withdrawal amount must not exceed the verified real-money balance held in the Account — Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied;
- Where a deposit was made using a specific payment method, the first withdrawal will ordinarily be directed back to the same method up to the amount deposited via that channel;
- Withdrawal requests may be subject to a security review period of up to 24 hours for first-time withdrawals or where the transaction falls outside standard Account behaviour patterns.
viptaka 1 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider — including mobile wallet operators such as bKash or Nagad — may apply their own transaction charges, for which viptaka 1 accepts no liability. All applicable provider charges are the responsibility of the Account holder.
We reserve the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, account compromise, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, we will notify the Account holder and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.
Article 5
Bonuses & Promotions
viptaka 1 offers a variety of promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as the BPL season, IPL, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. The availability, value, and terms of individual promotions are subject to change and are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of offer.
The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless the specific promotion states otherwise:
- Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become withdrawable as real money. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated on the promotion page. Wagering must be completed within the validity period;
- Validity Period: Bonus Funds and any associated free spins expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited from the Account Balance;
- Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage of each game category is stated in the promotion terms. Typically, slots contribute 100% and live casino table games contribute a lower percentage;
- Maximum Bet: While Bonus Funds are active in the Account, a maximum single-bet limit may apply. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided;
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in an Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before the existing one is cleared will result in the existing bonus being forfeited;
- Withdrawal Before Wagering: Where a Player requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings derived from it will be forfeited. The real-money portion of the Balance may still be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal conditions in Article 4.
viptaka 1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe the promotion is being abused, or where technical errors have resulted in unintended bonus credits. In such circumstances, we will communicate the change to affected Players and, where appropriate, honour legitimate claims made in good faith prior to the modification.
Bonus offers are intended for personal recreational use only. The use of automated software, coordinated play across multiple Accounts, or any other strategy designed to systematically exploit promotional terms constitutes Prohibited Conduct and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Article 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and game sessions conducted on viptaka 1 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, as published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between the game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that particular game or bet, and these Terms & Conditions shall govern all other matters.
The following general betting and gaming rules apply across the Platform:
- Bet Confirmation: A bet is considered confirmed and binding only when it has been accepted and registered by the Platform's system. Network interruptions, device failures, or browser errors that prevent a bet from being registered do not constitute a confirmed bet. In cases of genuine technical failure, we will investigate and communicate the outcome to the affected Player;
- Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market has defined minimum and maximum stake limits. These are displayed at the point of wagering. We reserve the right to adjust stake limits at any time;
- Cricket Betting: In-play and pre-match betting markets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh national team fixtures are subject to specific market rules published on the Cricket Betting section of the Platform. Match abandonment, weather interruptions, and DLS calculations are handled in accordance with those rules;
- Live Casino: Live casino games are hosted by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live table game are governed by the provider and are displayed within the game interface. Network disconnection during a live game session does not automatically void a bet that has been placed and accepted;
- Slot Games: Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators operated by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others). Historical outcomes have no bearing on future results. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot is published by the provider and available within the game information panel;
- Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, miscalculated payouts, or technical malfunctions that produce an unintended result — viptaka 1 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. We will not honour payouts resulting from manifest errors, regardless of whether the error was identified before or after the payout was credited.
All game outcomes on viptaka 1 are final once the round or bet has been settled. Settled results cannot be reversed except in cases of manifest error as described above, or where an investigation into Prohibited Conduct reveals that the outcome was affected by fraudulent activity.
Article 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on viptaka 1. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive:
- Registering more than one Account, or using the identity or payment details of another individual to register or fund an Account;
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during the registration or KYC process;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, including automated betting tools;
- Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for personal gain — any such vulnerabilities must be reported to us immediately and must not be used for wagering purposes;
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets;
- Deliberately abusing bonus terms through coordinated play across multiple Accounts, stake manipulation, or any other systematic exploitation strategy;
- Attempting to launder funds through the Platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity;
- Accessing the Platform while self-excluded or following Account closure for breach of these Terms & Conditions;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other Players through any communication channel provided by viptaka 1.
Where we identify or reasonably suspect Prohibited Conduct, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the Account, withhold all pending withdrawals, void all bets placed during the period under investigation, and permanently close the Account with forfeiture of the entire Balance. We further reserve the right to recover any funds already withdrawn that are subsequently determined to have been obtained through Prohibited Conduct, and to pursue all available legal remedies.
Article 8
Account Suspension & Closure
A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at the email address listed in the footer of this page. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, we will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money Balance (net of active Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions and KYC requirements being satisfied.
Players who wish to close their Account for responsible gaming reasons — including those who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic — are encouraged to utilise our self-exclusion facility, which prevents Account access for a defined period of 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. viptaka 1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested;
- Confirmed or suspected Prohibited Conduct as defined in Article 7;
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or transactional activity — in such cases, the Account Balance will be held for a further 6 months before being treated as unclaimed funds in accordance with applicable policy;
- A legal, regulatory, or security requirement to do so;
- Where continued Account activity poses a risk to the Player's wellbeing based on observable patterns of play.
Where an Account is closed by viptaka 1 for reasons other than Prohibited Conduct, the Player's real-money Balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file within a reasonable processing period. Where closure results from confirmed Prohibited Conduct, the Balance may be forfeited in its entirety.
Following Account closure, all data associated with the Account will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. Former Players who have been subject to a voluntary self-exclusion may apply to reopen their Account after the exclusion period has elapsed by contacting our support team and completing a re-activation review process.
These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. viptaka 1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via an in-Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.
